These last 8 weeks have totally changed the way I feel about food and exercise. My mental health was bad 8 weeks ago, I would cry all the time and be so short tempered where as now I look at things totally different and people have commented on how I look and seem happier which is totally true!
Don’t get me wrong everyone has down days but Sam taught me how to push through those and that it’s ok to feel down sometimes, it’s how we recover from it!
