When it came to Binge eating before working with Sam I was out of control! I had awful habbits and as a result I was miserable. I knew I needed to change but I kept putting it off as I didnt know where to start. The longer I put it off, the worse it got and the rut continued. The program helped me to really understand my values which is key to setting goals! I finally got my head around macros and was able to make a solid plan that worked well for me. Sam taught me the reasoning behind things along with methods to improve. Everything was personalised to fit into my lifestyle. Using what I’ve learned from the program I am now 3 stone down and my mindset has improved dramatically. I feel brand new! Im a completely different person, for the better 🙂 This program is Incredible! If you’re sitting on the fence and feel like youve tried and failed in the past, then I couldn’t recomend this program enough. The program is not a short term fix. After 9 months, Im still consistant with everything that sam has taught me and I feel bloody amazing for it! Knowing what I know now, theres no chance Ill slip back to my old ways.
